Just bought a 1983 aspencade.I have been looking for the headset plugs(branch leads) but i couldn't find them. I bought some installation instructions to figure out how it's hooked up.The headset din plugis to be plugged inon the component terminal box(The very bottom din plug per diagram I have) and it should be marked H S on this box.so out come the turn signal and the tapedeck and I look,Yes! there is a plug there so I start to follow this wire but it runs to a box thats bolted next to the component terminal box??what the???I look on the terminal box on the side and it's marked ALC Amp? all the rest of the plugs have the same markings as the diagram I have. where the heck do the headset plug in??? What is an alc amp?any help would be greatly appreciated:(:(

If I understand you right, you have a set of OEM headset leads that you want to plug into the audio? I'll have a look at mybook tonight and see if I can help, have to rush off out to work right now.

The pinouts are the same as the gL1500. If you go to the TIPS page of this site you will see the pin layout, that should help.
