GL1100 lighting for speedo and tach instruments

Hi,
I just lost the lighting for the speedo and tach instruments. The fuse is good. I have all other lighting but no speedo and tach instruments lighting.
Anybody knows what gives?

Yes, those are out also. I have just checked and I don't have any clearance lights either. Not the brake light (which works) the clearance light on the taillight.

Check the # 3 tail main relay. Swap it with the # 5 air pump relay for a test.

Sorry Ken1, My response was relating to a GL1500. I see you have a GL1100. The same theory may apply but I don't know where the relays are located.
