You should get it running on all 4 cylinders first or find out why it's not. Run a test at idle, check to see if there is heat at the HEADER PIPES. They should be hot to the touch. If you have one or two that are cool try to raise the engine RPM above idle and see if they heat up. Chances are they will. If so you have Idle circuit blockage which will need to be resolved before you attempt to synchronize the 4 carbs together. If they do not heat up you may have a timing issue, valves. A good compression tester comes in handy here.
If you've varifyed spark at all 4 plugs that tells you that either fuel or compression is missing, my money is on the fuel.
