Your posts would lead me to believe you have carb issues.
You say you have spark, but your first step here is to CONFIRM it. Pull each plug wire, install a good sparkplug, ground the plug, crank the engine...WITNESS the sparks.
Next, I'd use a compression tester to see that all 4 cylinders are of sufficient pressure, and that they're all somewhat similar.
Here's where you've already narrowed your problem down. Your post says your bike will drain gas right into a cylinder while it's parked, engine off, fuel petcock open. This confirms that no less than one of your carb's needle valves is not doing its job. If you have spark and compression, it'll be worth your efforts to pull the carbs and do a thorough cleaning. Chances are likely that you will NOT need to replace any parts, just clean them up really well. However, there is no way to ascertain whether or not you'll need to replace any broken or overly worn parts until you tear the carbs apart and VISUALLY see something amiss.
Another thing to look at is the throttle linkage between carbs. Make sure all the itty-bitty plastic bushings are in place and doing their job. Then synch the carbs.

Good luck.
