Does anyone have a definitive answer on the correct orientation of the coil output tower connections to cylinder orientation/correlation?

I think I screwed mine up and don't want to hit starter until sure.

"Aesop" drew a picture in his Jul 16, 2005 posting here. It shows (reading from seating position looking at rear of coils, from L to R): 3 - 4 - 2 - 1. Is this correct?

Sounds right, remember the two spark leads on each coil fire at the same time. If you cross them up it shouldn't hurt the engine but it will let you know. It's not a very serious error like getting the timing belts out of whack.
