Noisy turn signal relay?
Until 82 Honda had a 'beeper' that sounded when the turn signals were on. This was so you would not forget they were on, and Honda used a self canceling device in 82 and later, eliminating the beeper.Hello! I need some more of your help. When I use the turn signals on my 80 model GL1100 I hear a high pitched whine. It happens more often when I use the left signal. Also it takes a few seconds to start working and I'm not sure if that's normal. As always any help will be greatly appreciated!

Low voltage to the turn signal circut or bad connections/grounds can cause your problem.
If the connections and grounds are good you might have either a bad turn signal relay or bad beeper. If you unplug the beeper and the signals work as they should you have a bad beeper. Otherwise you most likely need a new relay.
