GL1200 anti-dive setting

Hey guiys just trying to get a feel for what settings you guys have on the anti dive unit.

What adjustment if any do you make wen changing loads.

Had mine set on 2 when I first started riding it but didn't like the way the nose cranked forward even with mild front brake pull. Put it to 3 and it's alot better. Hated the way it was diving on me.
