The Honda recommended psi for the front is 32psi. I know this will probably open a can of worms but I figure I'm using the correct size bias ply tire very similar to what was originally used, so I have played with tire pressures off and on and this seems to work well. Tire wear seems to be good and ride is good. On cage tires, most tire gurus will recommend that you run 15% over the manufacturers suggested psi. The cage MFG's don't care how quick your tires wear out, just that you get a good ride. That being said, I figure that mother Honda is more precise on there tuning including tire psi. Then why don't I run 32 in the front, I do. The 34 psi is the rear. I run it just a bit over because of carrying extra weight in the luggage. Unloaded the front and rear on the 1200 is 32 psi. At least that is what the sticker on my LTD says. Just my $.0234 psi in the tire seems low tome. My tire AVON VENOM reads 41psi. I do have a bit of a bouncy ride dont know how to tell what PSI my forks are at since I have the onboard with the electronic dash.
