If you asking "without removing the carbs" the answer is yes.
There are two screws that hold the choke cable bracket to plenum.
With a GOOD phillips bit, remove the screws to allow enough slack to disconnect the choke cable from the operating lever. Small hands help.

I've never tried it with the carbs all the way in but I think it's possible. Remove the lower fairing on the left side. The choke cable is up in front of the #2 cylinder. Phillips JIS screwdriver to loosen the cable clamp and once the cable is free swivel it towards the front of the bike to get it off the choke lever.

If that doesn't work just remove all 4 of the intake runners, swivel them up 180 deg and slide the carb body left a little.
