Does the radiator need to be removed to replace the fan sensor? If not, does the coolant need to be drained to replace the sensor? Lastly, I did not recieve any o rings with my new sensor. Is it imperative to buy new ones?

The sender is on top of the thermostat housing, on top of the engine and behind the radiator. You can get to it with the radiator in position but it is a very tight space.
You don't have to drain the coolant as the sender is at the top of the engine. Use a wrap of pfte tape on the new sender threads.
