To all of you who have helped me so far, I greatly appreciate it. I finally got the forks loose and am getting ready to replace the fork seals and springs in the Aspencade. What I need help with now, is that I noticed, when I went to pull the tube down, there is a pin hole at the top of the tube. What I need to know now, is, where that pin hole should line up in relation to the fork tube alignment. In other words, does it matter where the pin hole ends up when the tube is re-installed? If so, can you tell me where it is, from the reference point of looking at the top of the fork tube as sitting on the bike, maybe??
Thanks again for the help. I am really looking forward to getting this project finished before wintertime, so I can start riding it again....

It doesn't matter where it lines up except for the up and down position but the spring clip will determine that position. The hole is for the air assisted forks so it doesn't matter.
