Are you certain you didn't put the seals in upside down?
did you use leak proof seals? not a joke. what brand seals? did you use a seal driver?
How much air pressure are you putting in the forks? Going from memory I believe the range is 2-6 PSI...

i used pyramid parts and yes i have a seal driver

on the dash gauge how many black marks is the 2 psi mark

$11 a set, and no new bushings? aftermarket is not your friend.

Ok I looked in the owners manual and the first mark is 0-6 and second is 6-11. The front recommended pressure is 0-6 while on the center stand. When I adjust mine I try to get the second bar to flicker on and I stop adding air. Then the first bar is 'on' and the second is 'off'.
I never trusted the "dash gauge" for Air Pressure.

I used a very small Digital air pump with a gauge that read in Tenths of a Pound and stopped at 5 psi.
Removing the hose connection will cause a bit of air pressure loss, so maybe 3-4 psi after that?
When the air forks came out Honda supplied a nice small round low capacity gauge to check the pressure with

Use OEM seals

I own a 1200i, it has schrader valves and a crossover line. It also indeed says 6 psi max PSI. Does the 1200A only use its compressor to add pressure? It sounds line the original poster may have exceeded maximum pressure but why would there be "extra lines" in the fork PSI indicator?
Install OEM seals, Progressive springs and NO air, both front & rear!

I have heard in the past that the 1200 and 1100 use same forks and I run 15 in my 1100 with no leaks'
Where is the leak? Bottom of fork or slider seal. If slider seal would be over filled oil and would also leak air. Bottom would be screw or bolt seal could also be over filled with oil.

Yes the Aspencade only uses the onboard compressor for suspension adjustment.

As to "extra lines" question, I have no idea why it would be done, but there are a lot of mods done for who knows why....

They are the same but different size tubes. You would have to put a lot of pressure on them to make them leak unless it's what I mentioned before.
