The dash lights and all running lights quit working. I replaced the fuse, but that didn’t work.

Welcome, I think more info is needed. battery is charged and connections are good ? Do you have power elsewhere ? Try jiggling your key in the ignition they can go bad or something could have came loose there, the pros will be along anytime with more help.

That sounds like the main fuse, is it charging that battery or does it even run?
definitely requires more info, which fuse did you replace, main fuse?
Yes the battery is good, the headlight works, brake lights, and the turn signals work. The bike starts right up and runs fine. I tried changing the fuse that was labeled for the dash lights and running lights, but it didn’t help.
I would check for loose/dirty ground connections
All of the ground connections look ok.
I also tryed jiggling the key, that didn't work either.
if the bike runs and the rest of the lights work then it has to be isolated to that circuit. test for voltage going into and out of the fuse. it sounds like a bad ground somewhere.

Hey, could it be the stoplight/taillight sensor? Is this it?

That is the stoplight/taillight sensor but it has nothing to do with dash lights, it only lets you know if a bulb is out on your lower bag lights, it has no effect on the trunk lights.
It may be something in your ignition switch causing your problem if the fuses check out.
