GL1200 Interstate, Paint Poblems

GL1200 the paint is coming off in chunks and there is a gray color or the original color(champain) left.. Is there a clear cote over the paint? how do I handle the problem???

Sounds like the clearcoat is flaking off and the exposed color coats are discoloring. The only fix is to sand it down and respray.
