Hi does anybody have the dimensions of the piston supports to aid the fitting of the pistons back into the cylinders
and any tips on getting the two halves of the crank case back toghther thanks mick

I asked that about 3-4 years ago so there is a post on that. I can't do any searches as I have to use my phone for the internet and it doesn't play well with the search function of the forum.

i did it come up with nothing i will try again as i always do before posting i do a good search

I think it may have been dave0430 that had that and whoever it was said wood works. I think I used some 1 1/2" stock?

I don't remember writing anything on that except maybe mentioning it in a post but you can use some cut to fit wooden blocks under the piston skirts. Attach a string to them to pull them out with. Then put blocks at unsealed points between the case halves to hold it up to apply sealant.
