Hi,

I ordered from ebay a set of rear brake seals

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200648712054

When I've come to fit the seals it turns out they are to small - the seals are for a piston with an OD of 27MM rather than the almost 32MM OD of my rear brake pistons.

Anyone aware of any reason why they would have sent seals with 27mm OD- is it something to do with one of the front brakes having smaller pistons because of the unified braking system - would 27MM seals fit that brake?

Thanks Terry

The 27mm seals fit the right front caliper just as you suspected.

Both the left front and rear have 32mm pistons.
The parts book for the front calipers is a little confusing as it lists two different seals but doesn't tell you which side they're for.
