Hi all

Thought I would put this lube

up incase some one might be looking for a good spline lube. I know a lot of people say only HondaMoly but if you cant get that or to much $$ this works good for me.

In the past I tried 3 different kinds of grease. All around 6,000 miles you could here a noise from rear wheel. I was changing rear tire about 6,500 miles. First time I used this my tire went 7,000 miles when changed it still had grease and no noises. Cleaned repacked put new tire on. Now 10,000 miles on tire just changed it. Still no weird noises and grease was still there and tacky. It was due to be cleaned and repacked but usually my tire does not last this long. Only pulled my trailer 800 mile wonder if that why I got better tire mileage. Any comment welcomed.:).

Where do you get it in more consumer friendly sizes?

Hi

At the top of the link I posted there is a place were you can find a retailer close by your zip code.

did a quick search and only two retailers listed for all of Phoenix metro area.
and one of them is a racing products distributor.

Any one concerned that it is only good down to -10* F before it freezes?

I probably won't be riding my bike at those temps anyway.

The description is very misleading.

It is a beautful write up of why moly is so important in this application, but I couldn't find in the description what the percentage of moly is.

They do make the MSDS sheet available on the website, and according to the MSDS there is approx 3%-5% moly. This is no higher than the moly content in wheel bearing grease.

Honda moly is 60%.
