hey everybody i just rebuild my master cylinder for my clutch and it won't bleed:?i used a vacuume can and get nothing am i using the wrong fluid? i thought brake fluid was what it called for help!

Hi did you bench test the master cylinder before you fitted it re filled it with brake fluid (dot 04) then pressed the plunger to see if it would squrt out the hose connector

ok, since you already used vacuum to suck fluid from the bleeder. somewhere its plugged, since you just rebuild the master cylinder, i would take it off, see if you assembled it correctly, pour fluid at the reservoir it should flow through the banjo bolt hole.

I think he got fluid out of the master cylinder when he cracked the banjo bolt there. Did you take the bleeder completely out of the caliper? Also try taking the banjo bolt out of the caliper and see if fluid is going through the lines. I had a ton of crap in my 1100 system, I don't know where you are in your rebuild but don't skimp on the brakes.
