hey guys i changed my engine oil the other day and noticed it looked like crap,a light brown(but dark enough you cant see through it)kinda like water in oil but not loosing any coolant and not overheating. so rode it a couple days and drained it again same thing. when i pull the dip stick oil on it looks ok.anyone ever hear of this problem??theres no bubbling or foaming going on just weird looking oil.

It doesn't take much coolant to make the oil look brown, more coolant and it will begin to turn whitish brown.

Look for bubbles in the radiator...headgasket. While you have the cap off, check for an oil slime in the radiatorneck.

What's the weep hole on the pump look like?

Go to autozone and grab and block tester. It's just a tube with a rubber tip, you put some chemical in the tube, put the rubber cone where the radiator cap normally goes and run the engine. If the chemical changes color it's a head gasket. If it doesn't, keep looking.

The tool is a rental from autozone so you don't pay for that, the chemical is like $8.

Whatever you do don't ride or even run it. Bearings don't like coolant.
