GL1200LTD not starting

My LTD gave me a symptom last week and I have not been able to get into it and today the symptom became a breakdown. The bike will crank but not start. It acts like the kill switch is on. I have running lights, oil light and dash tests and lights up. The fuel light, fuel system light, cruise control on light and fuel pump will not come on. The bike is not here but left at my work. I am studying the wiring schematic for when I get it home and can start trouble shooting. What is the item in the pic. And where is it located on the bike. It is tied to the right hand controls.

that pic looks like coil wiring to me! To get your wing home, Run a fused power wire from your battery or fuse panel to the fuel pimp live wire. If the pump runs, your bike should start & you can get it home.

Than disconnect that wire & start looking for the power path from your fuse area to the pump. You can trace & follow the power until it stops. Not just live, but ground could be an issue.
