Hi everyone. My 1500 se is a UK type and doesn't have the air forks that the American ones do. I had a ride on one that had the air forks and boy it does make a difference, even though you only put small amounts of air in them. Anyway thats enough of the green eyed monster, what I need to find out is if anyone has converted their non-air forks to take air and what parts did they need to order. Also is it an easy job or will I be better of getting a garage to do it for me?

All the parts in the forks are the same, with the exception of the fork cap on the USA bike. You can buy the whole cap complete with the air valve, part number is 51450-MN5-305. The fork oil quantity is the same on both versions.

Thats great Jason, thanks. I ordered the two fork bolt sets today, only €66 for the lot.
