Good job!

You're doing Exactly the right thing, when getting a used bike... Every hour you've put into it so far, will pay you back in terms of having a reliable bike.

That is some great work. You treat it well, and it will treat you GREAT!!

But you said you added Seafoam to the oil. You don't plan on leaving it in there ,,,do you???

Whuo whuo whuo....hold on!:
Not even 200 km with brand new oil and about 80+ with seafoam and i drained the oil that was darkish green very very dark and wayyyyy to much thin and liquid!

Seafoam made the oil to much thin to fast!! And thanks god i looked in to it soon! What the hell... And thanks god that i got a mail from a seafoam tech that told me that was ok....

Bottom line: yes it of course cleaned the engine but it killed the all new oil after 50 miles!

Wow, I hope I have the courage you did to try some of that stuff. Just ordered some Gates timing belts but hope when they arrive I'm not too scared to try to replace them!

Fallow the instruction by the letter! Read it before 20 times and once you will do the job, take pictures with you phone on how and where signs are, pick ups exc exc take a lot of time , all you need! Just do it rigth and apply the rule of the dry test! Sparks out and 5 turns of the engine manually.... 5 mm of tension on the belts. All wiLl be fine.
