Is there a "kit" or has anyone converted the tape player to a CD unit? My tape player works great, but a CD player would "expand my mind."

Most of us put a CD changer in the saddlebag and hook it up with an antenna splitter. The CD player gets selected as a radio channel.

If a CD player 'expands' your mind, ..... a MP3 player would blow it away with it's ability to expand your music library so much and not 'skip' !!

Most people add a MP3 player, instead of a CD player, as it holds a lot more music at just a fraction of the space and is unaffected by road conditions.

Dusty is right. MP3 is much better. Forget about CD's, they skip and get stuck, and the changer takes up a lot of space.

This is the easiest, quickest and least expensive way to do it. Works with a cd or mp3 player.



I use one on my 1100 and it works great.
