I have a 89 Goldwing that sat for 20 years in a garage, Ive been restoring multiple things like brake master cylinder and calipers. Bike had no clutch lever activity so I rebuilt clutch master and slave after some bleeding clutch lever returned to normal. And rebuilt the dreaded carbs on this and worked out great. I warmed up bike and pulled in clutch and put in gear, The bike lurched forward and died, I about dropped it. I put bike on center stand with rear wheel off the ground and I start it and put in gear and dies. Any help I will appreciate. Thanks

Hold the clutch lever IN when you stomp on the rear brake
