Just changing the springs and internals on my GL1500 (107k on the clock) with newer stock springs and wanting to fill with 10w. The local Honda dealer has Silkolene Pro RSF (Fully Synthetic for race suspensions it says on the bottle) and Silkolene 10w Fork Oil (think its semi synthetic).

Only a few pence difference in price so which one please ???

I'd offer that the cheaper of the two would be my selection -- that way I would be more likely to change it sooner, and less "bound to it" if I needed to replace it altogether.

Your forks should take less than the full liter -- nice to have a bit on hand for tuning the fill level if needed; hang-on to what's left over (great also for pouring over ice on the neighbors walk -- GREAT slippery stuff !)
