As Mark said no resistors needed in dash LEDs, only place and time for resistors is at the actual front and rear turn signal bulbs if you don't change the flasher to one that is for LED bulbs as the original flasher is thermal, and that requires heat(wattage=heat) from the 4 incandescent bulbs, but you are not dealing with that aspect in the dash.
Headlights - you can go to harbor freight and get good h4 bulbs(2) for @$7 ea. We did that in Chromo 's 95 here for his trip across the country when he bought it last year.
Or get a 2 bulb, not 4, HID bi-zenon kit with 2 slim ballasts for very bright hi and low beams.
