I don't know for sure but since you bike is a SE model I'd tend to believe it has all the wiring required already.

I have a 1995 GL1500 SE, it has all the controls for a cb radio, including the plug ins for the headsets. Apparently the Canadian edition did not come equipped with a CB Radio. I just purchased one on EBay. Do I need a wiring harness or is the bike already equipped with one?

You better remove the left side front box to check whether there have a plug inside under. As I know, there have two case, one is the plug out from the main wire, another one is an isolate plug not join into the main wire (this most for the Aspencade model), if have not the plug, you'll get headache! Cause the isolate one can't buy any more. I found over year from internet but fail. Finally I buy another set from J&M.
