The radio and cassette on my gl1500(99) is not working. I know it is 2 separate issues, so I would like to get it repaired. Is there a place that specializes in repairing these radios?

thanks

Backup fuse

Sierra Electronics is beyond great. They saved me at least $125.00 and maybe up to $ 600.00 I called this morning expecting them to tell me that my radio was junk or that it needed extensive repairs. I was completely floored when Dianna told me to check a fused Labeled "Backup Fuse" and dam it had blown. I changed the fuse and it solved the problem. I will be using them as a primary source.

+1 for Sierra
If you do send it in, get them to do the Aux In Mod, and have them replace all the lamps while they are into it.
Money well spent.
