Some(not all) bikes make some type of noise on center stands. Because the suspension/drive train is unloaded.
What type of tire is it?
We mainly see Dunlops wobble a lot. I know here lately that Dunlops take a lot more weight than other brands.
The dealer should have checked bearings while the wheel was off. But I know some things get over looked.
You didn't say whether you feel it riding or just looking at it either. If you don't feel anything bad while riding(grinding,roaring,etc...). It may just be the tire.
