GL1500 Rotor Covers

I have never bought any of those but i would think that they would come with the brackets...where did you buy them at and what manufacturer are they from..that might help anyone who has some too if you need them as there are several different covers for the 1500

I purchased them Mr. Goldwing on Ebay, and he hasn't been to helpful to resolve.

I don't know if the rotor covers come with brackets or not.
I just looked at 2 sets of new covers at Cyclemax and there sales page does not say anything at all about any bracket or hardware, only mentions the covers and the rear wrap around piece.

We can ruin those cheap plastic rotor covers in many ways and want to replace them, but we seldom really ruin the brackets.

Take a close look at the Ebay listing, if it shows the brackets or anything else then he needs to send them to you as you have bought them. If they are not part of the listing in the pictures or written text then they probably were not included in the sale.

As far as getting a set of brackets and the bolts,
Maybe someone will have an extra set around, or probably any salvage yard breaking down Goldwings might have a set laying around if you call them, or buy them new from Honda.


You could do a search on Ebay for them, and if you don't find a set look at some the the salvage dealers listings for other parts and call them. I think some list a phone number.

I know all the 1800 rotor covers come with brackets , because the 1800 does not come with stock rotor covers , but as far as I know all 1500s come wiith stock rotor covers fitted from new and the brackets are on the bike, have you tried to fit them ?
