I have a 1989 gl 1500 that has what feels like a slight wobble on uneven ground, like in the yard at home.
I would think on uneven ground there is the possibility of a wobble feeling.
Does it wobble on even ground at the same speeds? If not, you have your answer.
If it does, then there are several possibilities such as cupped tires, fork or suspension problems or the like.
One item that will help in stabilizing the front end is a "super brace". It mounts between the front forks and greatly reduces the amount of fork flexing (especially when making turns at slow speeds).
The stationary windshield will not cause a wobble.
