In the bottom of the mirror housing there is a hole allowing access to a screw that is holding the mirror glass in place. Carefully remove it, then remove the mirror glass which will give you access to the light bulb. If you have air wings on the bottom of your mirror housing you will have to remove it (same result, different screw/bolt). Be careful when reinstalling the screw so as not to crossthread it.
