First question has to be, did you do anything to the bike between when they were working and when they stopped?

I don't know of a reset as such, accept for when the battery has been disconnected and the start up procedure needs to be followed. :?

Did you go in under the radio recently, like to change the filter or anything?
Try disconnecting both battery cables and hold both of them together for 30 seconds then reconnect. Always disconnect - first and reconnect it last.
You might want to pull your top shelf and make sure all the radio connections under there are still together
Grain of sand or dirt in one of the buttons, chrome cover on face causing button to be engaged, passenger PTT engaged. Have seen all of these cause what you describe.
wayne was right, sierra electronics recomended disconecting battrey to reset the radio, but when i reconnected non of the audio worked, i checked for sticky buttons but all were free so i finally checked the passenger button which on my bike is on the right side and low and behold the button was stuck in, freed it all works but did have to reset the clock and radio. thanks all.
The Hondaline passenger control is notorious for sticking and causing radio lock down. Glad you found it.
