Is there a coolant that is recommended that is available at a Honda car dealer or Wally World for my 08 GoldWing trike?

Yes, just go to the car dealer and get a gallon of Honda coolant. It is kind of pricey, about $17 a gallon I think but at least you know you have the right stuff in it.

17 bucks jezuz..... i just use regular green ethelene glycol u can buy at wally world mix it 50-50

Nothing wrong with that really as long as it doesn't contain silicates.

last time i looked at a bottle of antifreeze almost every brand dosent use silicants due to the newer cars and trucks using more orings and stuff in their water pumps and cooling systems

Honda Type II I think is the right coolant. All the Honda car dealers stock it.
