just took to a local place, not a dealer, cycle one in orlando and they did a patch ,removed a nail, tire only had 2500 miles on it. now the senor is making the light blink. it eventually goes off. but every time i restart, the light comes on again.
cycle one suggested i contact the dealer to find out about a reset procedure. the owners manual does not list any procedure. could the sensor have been damaged when they put the patch in? the owners manual does warn about sensors being broken when people put patches in the tires. appreciate any help

I've read and seen the pictures of sensors damaged during tire installation. The articles made it seem pretty common.
