Just spotted this for anyone interested, about threequarters way down the page. It appears to have a riders backrest and windwings, footboards and lots of chrome. The sign on the windshield says $3500 but you may get it for less than the asked $3k.

Forgive me Nobbie, I'm a newbie with Wings, how do you know it's an 1100?

I believe that the 1200 was only introduced in 1984.

I can see that it's not an '82 'cos the crash bar is different.

Got to wonder what those extra running lights are running on if it's an 1100 though. I didn't think the 1100 had any capacity for extra lights. Then again, maybe they don't work!!

It's a 83 for sure. 83 is the only yr, that 1100's had 1 piece mags and the trac sys front end. So that being said this is a 83, unless, they did like I did and put a 83 front end (forks and wheel) on my 81. Besides that you need to look closer to determine the exact yr.
