Hi fellas, I'm thinking of triking my Goldwing 1500 as I'm getting on a bit and don't feel as confident as I used to with wife as pillion. Are trikes legal in Ireland and how about insurance? Also, is it legal towing a trailer with a trike here? Any other information on this subject would be most welcome. Regards. Gerry.

Sorry , i dont know anything about the rules/laws in Ireland .
BUT i was participating in the GWEF treffen in Ireland in 2019 and there was an dealer, specialicing in Gold Wings , an he had an 1500 trike up for sale .
I think he was from the Northern part of Ireland ?(sorry , dont remember the name ).
