I am sorry to say that I am (after tonight) No longer a Goldwing Owner.

My Bike is going to be an organ donor to bring another mans Goldwing back to life. As long as this Cycle is being used Honestly for his own rebuild I am alright with it.

Though, I am really upset about losing my Wing, I will get another one in due time and Hopefully circumstances will change by then.

Again, I am sorry that I couldnt afford to rebuild this bike. But she will be alive in another mans Pride and Joy soon.

I will pass on the site address as well.

Your friend,
Randy.

Ps: Please dont Delete my membership, I will be around still. Just not so much.

Can we have a Moment of Silence for a fallen WingMan please?

Being Re-Licensed recently to drive again and expecting things to be better financially too soon, I have to put my work vehicle & transportation to jobs first & before anything fun right now. I needed to sell this to repair my old truck or find new work transportation.

To my dismay, Things take a little longer than I envisioned.

Sorry to hear that ran429:(

I hope you can get another quickly. I know you were very excited at the prospect of getting your wing up and in shape. Sometimes we have to make tough choices, eat and pay the bills or go out and have fun. I know it hurts but you made the right decision. You gotta do what ya gotta do! ;)

Keep in touch!

You guy's are a great bunch of folks.

I could'nt leave, I am just really bummed out. I actually had some watery crap coming from my face after the bike rolled away. Never even got to ride it.

Reading your thoughts tonight, brought back not so found memories of not so long ago when I had to put my wing up for sale. the currents of life were not going with me. It was not bad putting it up for sale, the hard part was when people came by and checked out my wing and then to rub salt into my wound, unintentionally of course, they would comment on my friends clean and immaculate appearance. I am a (toothbrush cleaner and all tuperware comes off and gets a good cleaning underneath) any way, the wing was sold, and to see her drive off and leave me at home, was a sad day for my son and I. Things change and time moves forward, the next summer I was looking for a new ride, and checking in the paper, could it be,there she was, I just new it, it had to be:clapper:. I made the call and yes it was, it was my old wing for sale, turns out with the ATV, truck and wing, it was just to expensive and something had to go he said. My son and I were very happy:cheeky1:. My thoughts are to hang in there, just as I did. Your ride will arrive.:waving:

Hey ran429:waving:, Hang in there it will be a shorter time than you think when you once again will have a Wing. I know how it feels, at one time I had to sell my new street machine to survive financially, with time I was able to get another. Stay in touch on the forum it is a good way to lessen the blow and will help time go by faster.:)

It's O.K. ran429... You'll pick it up again when the time is right for you. :)

I've had to sell my bikes in the past to pay for the kids college, medical bills, remodeling the house etc., etc.,... :X

Your day will come again.. Patience...

Hang around the site and just chat with the guys.. You're very welcome here.. :clapper:

The guys are right Randy, hang in there, you've got the most important things working for you now, clean and relicensed and working. I've spent a lot of time in the past rebuilding various vehiclesthat I had to sell, always felt like I did the work and others had the fun, but it passes as all things do. Stick around and keep us informed on how things are going.
