First things first, hello all! My name is Vern and I own a 1985 Aspencade, I proudly call the junkyard dog! She's got around 71,000 miles on her. Bought her from Recylce in Stony Plain for $1500.00 and a 79 GS850 (my first attempt at a cruiser). I have done a few trips of 2000 - 3000km and towed for the first time last year through the Kaslo area north of Nelson B.C. Beautiful ride, next year thinking of trippin down to Virginia Beach so I'm starting trailer maintenance before the snow fall cause it dont fit in the garage. That's me in a nut shell, I'll keep posting and looking forward to reading up on everyone else.
