Found a dealer on ebay who is selling tires for dirt cheap. Front and rear Shinko 230 Tour Masters for 121.95 plus 25.00 shipping. My question is does anyone have any experience with these tires?

Look at it yourself

That's about what I paid for my Shinko's from Motorcyclesuperstore.com. I have about 1500 miles on them at this point and I can say I'm happy thus far. Good wet/dry traction, they don't howl in the corners. I have yet to find out how long they'll last, but so far so good.

I have one on the back of mine for about 3k, and so far so good. Good ride, good traction.

I have never had Shinkos but on my 1200 I have the Michelin Commanders and I love them. They are a bit more pricey though.

I've been watching whatever I can with Shinkos because I am curious. I am thinking about a set myself, but I am a long time from needing tires.

So far, the only negative thing I have seen is one person complained that they didn't last as long as what they were used to from other tires.

Most people I've seen said that they like them.

Price looks good.

Good point. The pair I got in August showed mfg dates in March, so I'm OK with that.
