Hi Steve,
Very interesting customer relations you have going there. I should add that I have no difficulty articulating my point of view. Ishould alsosaythat I have bought items from gps/warehouse in the past and had no difficulty but this site does have its problems compounded I might sayby a trumped up collage drop out like you, who could write what he knows about customer relations on the back of a postage stamp with a large pencil and still have room for the entire Koran. Incidentally its not only bikers who buy from your store but now that you have shown you have a personal bios against all bikers I will post your stupid comments on all the bikers forums I know. I’m sure your employer will be very pleased. Please don’t bang the door on your way out!

Sincerely Yours

Eugene McGuinness.

Waste of time trying to buy through gps/warehouse, it never works out. You would think in this modern day of computers some geek could sort outthe mess. Its easier order from the States. Eugene.

It's very difficult to judge when one doesn't have all the factsplus the innuendo and context.

If you go on to the GPS/Warehouse site to buy one of there mounts it could end up very frustrating. They even warn you on the site that it may not work. I have tried several times to buy a particular type mount but to no avail. One click on the American site and its delivered to my door in Ireland, that's service.

That is why I get all my gps mounts and such from www.cyclegadgets.com in Eureka Springs, Ar.I rode up there the first time to check them out, and they are very knowledgable and good folks. Now, if I need anything from them, I either call them, or order on line from them. I always check out a place the best I can before I give up my hard earned cash.:)

Hey Eugene, tell Steve that when he gets escorted to the front door that Saber Cycles will probably hire him!!! They can always use someone of his "caliber"!!:action::action::action:

I keep my GPS folded up and in the right saddlebag.:D And I have to pull over to find out what it says, that way I'm not taking my eyes off the road.:cheeky1::cheeky1: Although it is a pain trying to fold it back up the way it came, never can seem to get those things folded back like i buy them in.:dude:

Bought from GPS Warehousetwice and had no problem and asked them a question by email about Ram Mount drinks holder, to which they responded quickly and courteously.

As I have said in my email I too have bought from GPS Warehouse and had no problems but on this occasion I did. I entered the ref numbers but the wrong item continued to pop up regardless what I did. I emailed out of sheer frustration only to get a bad mannered response. This is surely not proper customer service. The email I got would indelicate that this individual has a low opinion of bikers and the discussion forums we are now all engaged in.

I am impressed by his calling anyone a COLLAGE dropout and i think his personal BIOS needs help.

You are missing out. There are plenty of reputable merchants and some of the prices are the best to be found.
