I haven't spent much time with you guys for a while. But about a year ago, while preparing to take a trip with my son, I did spend a lot of time here. Many of you were a huge help with those preparations and for that I'm grateful!

I have finally finished writing a book about the trip. It is available on Amazon.com in ebook format for any who are interested. The link: [ame]http://www.amazon.com/Two-Wheels-Nova-Scotia-ebook/dp/B00CJV6U0W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367092948&sr=8-1&keywords=two+wheels+to+Nova+Scotia[/ame]

On Labor Day, at a McDonald's near the shore of Lake Ontario, my son and I pulled in for breakfast. Sitting in a booth, availing himself of a cup of coffee and the Wi-Fi, was Dusty Boots. He was one of many who had offered advise and assistance as plans were made for the trip. It was great to meet him and thank him for his help in person.

Without the contributions from this site and many of you, I don't know if our trip would have been the raging success it became.

Thanks for what you do!:claps::claps:

I thought there was a way Amazon would print a copy at a time, but I've not seen it yet. I'm still new to this publishing game and have much to learn- very similar to the Goldwingin' thing a year ago...

You could download it to your computer and print it out for less money than it would cost me to print and mail you a copy. The price on Amazon is $3.99.

Thank you for your interest!

Amazing..might just be a good read... we all would love to take such a trip but put together our own Goldwing ..not certain of that...I presume you had someone else do that..

Cannot take credit for creating the bike from a pile of parts, but thanks to the guys and assistance received on this website, I have learned to do a lot of maintenance and they were an immense help with many of the details of the trip.
