Seen a Ride-Off stand in a book and was wondering if its worth a darn. So has anyone ever used one or even seen it??

We got home at 2330 to find a small flood in the house. Seems a pipe fitting cracked in the wall. I spent until 0400 cutting into the wall cutting the pipe and making a temporary plug.
