No not I but my y father had it came into shop for painting and carb work I bought

As long as you have a solid platform to start with, go for it.
Maybe start with something like a Valkrie?

Is that a trike? I see a Voyager tubing mount. I believe Voyager is a bolt on trike kit. I ride a 88 GL1500 with no TUPPER WARE. Nothing there but what gets it down the road. Like RambozoClown said Too many wheels.
