Ok I have this thing installed not too hard and it works...but the volume is only on a little and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it??? So have I bought a unit that needs a separate amp or car system to help it... Or is there a secret I don't know???

Was a $100 to 150 system with very good reviews..of course I got it a lot cheaper.

Sure would help to know what the hex your talking & asking about!!!
How bout make & model with some spec. maybe even a picture ( tells a thousand works )Do you have a GOOD GROUND preferable not the frame.

little bit of info i see there is you "bought" a tuner and would appear that you are going to need an amp to go with it to work as a radio,this is similiar to how the GL1200 system works,the RM1100's etc are actually a tuner and there is a pwer amp for the system
