Is yours a European spec bike or a USA import with the CB radio?

From what I've read, do check all of your grounds to make sure they're tight. If you still can't get rid of the noise, you might want to install a noise filter in-line with your power going to your radio/intercom/cb. They're in-expensive and reasonbly easy to install.

But, I'd wait and see who else weighs in on this subject as they may have a better fix for you. Still, while you're waiting, check your grounds.

Oh, you are right, but how many grounds there are on the bike? And which I have to check? And which kind of filter to buy? And where to put it?

I usually do every job on the bike by myself, but this problem is out of my knowledge...

europen spec. bike with no CB

Andrea, Some headsets don't perform well with the Wing. The cheaper ones from J&M and the Softlines can give a clicking sound when the turn signals are on and also a while when you rev the engine. EdSets don't exhibit any of this noise.

My problem with the advice that I'm going to give you is that I'm not familiar with the 1500 wiring harness. You might want to enlist the help of a local stereo/electronics store that has technicians working in house.

I put an in-line filter to my cheap intercom and it cleared up all of the noise that I was getting(spark & alternator) But, I knew which wire was what to the intercom. So, if you've got someone who's knowledgeableabout your wiring, it would help immensely.

Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't want to give you bad advice. Keep checking this board and maybe someone will pop in with the info. you need.

Does your bike have the 3 filters on it?

alternator? Located on the alternator itself from the right hand side wire to the alternator itself

Fuel pump? Located under the seat on the big round metal housing

Air pump? Located under the seat in the back (connected to the second white plug from the left side)?

I have the instruction booklet for the CB but not the CB. I read about the filters but it doesn't explain which kind of filter they are....

If someone have some specifications....
