I have done it. It depends what is inside the helmet. Mine was styrofoam, and I just milled out the right and left sides to fit the speakers into. Used a Dremel and the little sanding drum attatchment. Gets styrofoam all over, but it worked! I then used hot melt glue to place the wires where I wanted them. Hot glue can be unbonded with a little warm air if you have to move it. Good luck! jimsjinx

OOPs! I misread your post! I was thinking 3/4 helmet. I don't know how one would get the speakers over your ears without it mashing your ears!? What about some cheapo "EarBudz"? jimsjinx
