Wanted to say "Hi" to all of you. Just found out about this place from another "Winger" I am currently between bikes right now, but have my eye on a 1100 as we speak. My last Goldwing was a "1000" that was a police bike that I used for many years, both on duty as well as off, and when I came from Michigan to Texas I rode it down here. I have the notoriaty of being the only one in our department to have hit a large white-tail deer at high speed,(55mph) and live to tell of it! Thanks ahead of time for having this site open, hope to converse with some of you as the occasion presents itself..Mark

Run, run I say. Save yourself lest you ingest bunnies and pancakes and spam oh my(you'll figure this one out after a while).

Welcome and do make a point of browsing the infamous "deer alerts" thread. But, fair warning, it can drag you to the depths of near insanity.:grinner:

If you've got any sense of humor at all, you're going to love this place. Plus, we occasionally actually put forth some informative stuff to boot.

hey 84GL1200A,

You're right! I stepped right into that. Left myself wide open, etc. What I meant to say was "putting a new old head on an old new wing!" Is that right?
