Hello all.



As we were headed across country, my 2008 F150, 2006 M109R and my 24 foot cargo trailer were all totaled. So, I am thinking about buying a Goldwing and riding to work on that. Reading the forum, and keeping my eyes open for a good deal.


Thought I would say hello and take a look around.

Thanks for the great welcome, and nice to see a local piping up. I am hoping that Geico finally decides I am not just a number, but a customer that lost three vehicles all at once.



What happened with the accident....



My best friend was helping me drive, he lost control going downhill, and the trailer decided to lead the truck... 100 ft of guard rail, 10 foot drop into an AZ wash, and a WHOLE lot of screaching later, we all walked away.



That is the key.

The stuff I can replace.



So, I am off to look through the forum for the comparison of the 1500 to the 1800, and why I have seen comments of "keep the 1500." I am 6'3 and BIG, so I just want a nice comfy bike to ride that doesn't wander, and stays running forever....
