Hello to the forum

I wish to extend a profound hello to the current forum members. I am a Gold wing enthusiast since getting on my first one, a '90 GL1500. Unfortunately that one got re-homed in the course of my divorce. I then acquired a '78 GL1000, was a good bike, albeit a little uncomfortable in the foot positioning as I am over 6' tall. Had to sell that one after a "work displacement". In September of last year, 2012, I found a beautiful deal on an '84 GL1200 Aspencade that had suffered much neglect, several years sitting exposed to the elements and not running, and fell into a beautiful '84 GL1200 standard. My fiancee had never been on a street bike before last fall and so enjoys riding that she is even talking about her own bike, someday. Thats most of me in a nut shell, thanks for the information I have gotten in the past and in advance of the knowledge yet to be gained!
